Sushi



Sushi

Boil sushi rice with special sushi rice vinegar.
Let it cool.
Spread over matt side of nori, leave an inch gap at the end.
Stuff with filling.
paint water on end bit.
ROLL

Slice!


Stuffing:
salmon, tuna, anchovie
semi dried tomato, green olives, kalmata olives, avocado, perino tomatoes, carrot, gerkins, lemon juice, ...
(not all in the same sushi roll!)
