Melt with one of above. Pour in mold (i used heart shape silicone ice cube trays)
set in freezer or fridge.

Rice sheets set in hot water, then wrapped

stuffing is carrot, lettuce, ham, cucumber

dip is peanut butter mixed with soy sauce.

One is nice, i personally can't handle these flavours they make me feel sick. I'm weird i know. If it isn't sweet, i feel sick (weird eh?)

This is not sweet.

Which egg whites until stiff, whisk in dessicated coconut, enough so it forms a ball. Put on tray. Bake. (the more coconut the better).

Yummy!

Definitely satisfies a sweet craving!

SAGO and tea tisane

Sweet Apple Sago
½ cup sago
500ml Rice milk
1 apple
Cinnamon
2tbsp brown sugar
Water
3tbsp white sugar
¼ c sultanas

Soak sago in milk for over an hour.
Cube the apple and add a dash of water and brown sugar and some cinnamon and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Boil and simmer sago for 15 minutes.
Add sultanas, almonds, sugar and applesauce at any stage of this. For softer almonds add them early.
Pour in a container and chill in fridge.
Decorate top with slices of apple and almonds in a formation in the centre, if you like.

I made these with peanut butter, dairy gluten free chocolate, and some gluten free noodles.
They were tastier than the dairy and gluten kind i made for my family and bf.
I drank it with green rose tea.
